1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Switch Socials Ltdwebsite, applications, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is offered globally; you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To list, purchase, or transact, you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
- Safeguard your credentials and any two-factor authentication devices; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Promptly notify us at abuse@switchsocials.com of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
4. Marketplace Rules
Switch Socials Ltd provides a marketplace where users can list and purchase social media accounts and promotion services. Sellers warrant that they have the right to transfer any account they list and that all listing details are accurate.
Listing review and pricing. Account listings are reviewed manually by our verification team before publication. We may request corrections, decline a listing, or set the platform commission that is added to the seller’s asking price to produce the final price shown to buyers, as described in Section 7.
Custom offers. A buyer may request a custom offer on a listing. The request is handled by our support team, who negotiate with the buyer and send any resulting offer. Sellers do not negotiate with or send offers to buyers directly. Once a buyer accepts an offer, the seller is expected to begin delivering the order.
Prohibited content and conduct includes, without limitation:
- Adult, sexual, or sexually suggestive content.
- Listings related to illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or any unlawful activity.
- Fraud, scams, spam, or deceptive practices.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting protected classes.
- Accounts whose transfer or sale would constitute an egregious violation of the originating platform’s Terms of Service. Note: many social platforms restrict account transfers in some way; you are responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable platform’s terms. Switch Socials Ltd does not warrant that any transfer is permitted by a third-party platform.
Representative (broker) listings. A listing may be created and managed by a broker acting on behalf of the account’s real seller. The broker is the seller of record to the buyer and is responsible for the listing’s accuracy, for the delivery of the account, and for obtaining the real seller’s authorization to sell it. Buyers transact with the listing as presented and need take no additional steps because a listing is broker-managed; Switch Socials Ltdsettles any broker commission and the real seller’s payout internally. Brokers warrant they have the real seller’s permission to list and to transfer the account.
For the canonical, expanded list of prohibited content and conduct, see our Community Guidelines.
We may remove listings, refuse service, or suspend accounts at our discretion to enforce these rules.
5. Internal Escrow Flow
Switch Socials Ltd operates an internal escrow: when a buyer pays for a listing, funds are held by Switch Socials Ltd directly until the transaction is verified and completed. We are not affiliated with any third-party escrow provider, including Escrow.com.
- Buyer submits payment, which is held in our internal escrow.
- Seller transfers the account or delivers the promotion service.
- Buyer confirms receipt and releases the funds. Nothing is released automatically or on a timer: funds remain held until the buyer releases them or a dispute is resolved.
- Funds are released on-chain to the seller’s payout wallet immediately on release, with no holding period. Where a broker is involved, the release is split between the seller, the broker and Switch Socials Ltd in a single settlement.
Deals started from our standalone escrow service follow the same principle. The parties agree their own inspection period, but funds remain locked after it expires and are released only by the buyer or by resolution of a dispute.
Funds held in escrow are not insured deposits and are not held in a regulated trust unless expressly stated.
6. Crypto Payments
All payments on the Service are made in cryptocurrency and are processed through our payment provider, CryptAPI. We do not accept payment cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or any other form of traditional currency, and we do not hold customer funds in fiat.
We currently accept USDC on Base, Ethereum and BNB Chain; USDT on TRON, Ethereum and BNB Chain; and BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC on their own networks. The coins and networks available at checkout may change from time to time.
Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network volatility, confirmation delays, and the terms of the upstream payment processor. Once a crypto transaction is confirmed on-chain, it generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring you transmit the correct amount, in the correct coin, on the correct network, to the address shown at checkout.
7. Fees & Commissions
For account listings, Switch Socials Ltd sets the platform commission during manual review of the listing, based on the assessed value of the account, and adds it on top of the price the seller asked for. The buyer is shown a single total price with commission already included, and the seller receives the amount they listed. There is no fixed percentage commission for account listings.
Commission for promotion services and for standalone escrow deals is set by tiers published on our Fees & Commissions page and pulled live from our database. Rates may change from time to time; the rate in effect at the time a listing is purchased applies to that transaction. Where a broker lists on behalf of a seller, the broker’s own commission is added in addition to platform commission.
8. Refunds & Disputes
If a transferred account or delivered service does not match the listing description, the buyer may raise a dispute at any time before they release funds. There is no inspection window and no deadline by which the buyer must act. A seller may raise a dispute once they have delivered account access and while the buyer still holds the funds. Releasing funds confirms the order and triggers an immediate, final payout to the seller. Switch Socials Ltd will conduct an internal review, request evidence from both parties, and issue a determination at its reasonable discretion. Possible outcomes include releasing funds, refunding the buyer in whole or in part, or reversing the account transfer where feasible.
Once funds have been released, the order is closed and a dispute can no longer be raised against it. We do not commit to a fixed turnaround for dispute decisions; funds remain held in escrow until a decision is made. Decisions made by Switch Socials Ltd in good faith on a dispute are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.
9. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, remove listings, or withhold payouts at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk to other users or to Switch Socials Ltd. You may close your account at any time. Following account deletion, we retain limited records for up to 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy, after which personal data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
